Job Description

We are currently hiring on behalf of a premium restaurant group in Kuwait. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced supervisors or assistant managers to step into a leadership role within a dynamic, upscale dining environment. Start date: ASAP Contract: 2 years ( the project duration is initially 6 months, with reallocation to other brands afterward. These could include premium, upscale, ongoing, or fast-casual concepts)

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in management or supervisory roles within premium or standalone upscale restaurants (not hotels)

Proven ability to lead and develop front-of-house teams

Strong understanding of service standards, guest experience, and daily operations

Previous GCC experience is mandatory

Valid passport (minimum 2 years remaining)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in English

Must be ready to relocate and join immediately i Preferred Cuisine Experience:

Italian

American

Pan-Asian (Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese)

Salary Package: KWD 500 / month (approx. 1,630 USD)

Basic Salary: KWD 275 Housing & Transportation: Either company-provided shared accommodation and shuttle service (optional), or a combined housing and transport allowance of KWD 175 + KWD 50, depending on the employeeaEUR(TM)s preference.
