Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
Assistant Restaurant Manager
to join our lively The Room team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on operational experience, and a passion for nightlife, entertainment, and exceptional guest service.Responsibilities:
Oversee and support daily operations during evening service Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service Ensure a smooth guest experience in a fast-paced nightlife environment Manage reservations, floor flow, and guest relations Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly Support management in scheduling, inventory, and performance goals
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in a similar role within nightlife, lounge, or restaurant operations Strong communication and leadership skillsRussian-speaking
