Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Operations Management:

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.

Customer Service:

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing feedback and resolving complaints promptly. Ensure staff provides excellent service and maintains a welcoming atmosphere.

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff. Schedule shifts and manage employee performance. Motivate and develop team members to enhance productivity and service.

Financial Management:

Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability. Monitor daily sales, inventory, and expenditures. Implement cost-effective measures without compromising quality.

Marketing & Promotions:

Assist in developing and implementing promotional campaigns to attract customers. Work with marketing teams to improve restaurant visibility and customer engagement.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:

* Restaurant Manager: 3 years (Preferred)
