We are looking for a

dynamic and motivated Female Assistant Restaurant Manager

to join our team and support daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service. Supervise and support staff to maintain high service standards. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Assist in training, scheduling, and motivating staff. Support in achieving sales targets and cost control.

Requirements:

Female candidate based in Dubai. Previous experience in F&B or hospitality (minimum 2 years in a supervisory/assistant manager role). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively. Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
