The Restaurant Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specific restaurant location. This role ensures that the branch runs smoothly and efficiently, delivers exceptional customer service, maintains high food quality standards, and meets financial performance goals. The Branch Manager leads and motivates staff, manages budgets, ensures compliance with health and safety regulations, and implements company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Manage and supervise all staff, including New Hired, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and effectively
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including sales, labor, and expenses
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards
Coordinate with the head office or regional management for reporting and support
Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure team development
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant at all times
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including front and back of house
Strong financial and business acumen
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Proficient in using restaurant POS systems Must have knowledge of Revel Pos softwareand errorless shift closing and basic office software
