Assistant Restaurant Manager

Join our dynamic restaurant team in Dubai! We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences and support our staff in delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise staff during all shifts, including training, opening and closing procedures, cash handling, food preparation oversight, and managing employee breaks and shift changes. Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and quality standards. Uphold and promote excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of team members. Foster open and effective communication within the team and across departments. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards, including adherence to local municipality food safety regulations. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience. Prepare comprehensive monthly reports. Support staff in completing their daily tasks and encourage a collaborative work environment. Perform any additional duties as assigned by management to support restaurant operations.

Qualifications:

? 2-3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

? Strong leadership, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.

? Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.

? Proficiency with computer systems

? Customer-centric mindset with keen attention to detail.

? Previous hospitality experience is essential

? Fluency in both Arabic and English is required

? A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous.
