, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely ordering. Monitor and controlfood and beverage wastage
, implementing procedures to minimize loss. Support cost control and budgeting initiatives to maximize profitability. Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care. Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant.Qualifications:
Previous experience in restaurant supervision or management required. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Experience with
inventory management systems
