Al Sultan Engineering Consultants is hiring an
Assistant Resident Engineer
to support our ongoingroads and infrastructure projects
in Ajman.Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Resident Engineer in supervising site works (earthworks, asphalt, concrete, drainage, utilities). Review contractor submittals, drawings, and technical documents. Coordinate with local authorities for approvals and permits. Conduct site inspections and ensure QA/QC, HSE, and compliance with project specifications. Monitor progress, review variation orders, and support project reporting. Guide and mentor junior engineers and site staff.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering. Minimum
7 years of UAE experience
in roads & infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of engineering standards (AASHTO, ASTM, BS, and UAE codes). Experience dealing with authorities for NOCs and permits. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Job Type: Full-time
