Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Assistant Reservation Manager
with2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry
. The ideal candidate must be proficient inIDS software
andTally ERP
, with strong knowledge of reservation systems, guest relations, and revenue management. Candidates available forimmediate joining
will be preferred.Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily room reservations and booking operations. Handle inquiries, group bookings, and corporate reservations efficiently. Update and maintain all reservations in
IDS software
accurately. Coordinate with the Front Office, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure smooth guest handling. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation and occupancy reports. Manage billing and record-keeping inTally ERP
. Monitor room inventory, rates, and availability to maximize revenue. Maintain guest databases and ensure excellent customer service. Assist in training and supervising the reservations team. Resolve booking issues and guest concerns promptly and professionally.Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
2-3 years of experience in reservations within the hospitality industry.
Proficiency in IDS software and Tally ERP is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Good knowledge of room inventory, rate structures, and OTA management. Customer-focused with attention to detail. Candidates available forimmediate joining

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
