The Role
This opportunity is with a large group with diversified businesses across multiple sectors. Responsibilities o Manage and grow relationships with VIP clients, serving as their main point of contact. o Personalize services based on detailed client profiles and regular engagement. o Ensure service delivery meets SLAs and client expectations. o Coordinate property inspections, snagging, and key handovers. o Resolve client concerns related to payments, documentation, or handovers. o Communicate proactively on overdue payments and potential legal actions. o Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Operations to ensure seamless processes. o Address client queries promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention. o Recommend improvements to enhance client experience and service efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field; Master's preferred. o 2-4 years' experience in relationship management, ideally with VIP clients in real estate or luxury sectors. o Strong communication, problem-solving, and CRM skills. o Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
