Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects & joinery works, including materials, labor, equipment, and other expenses.
? Tendering and Procurement: Manage the tendering process, which includes preparing and issuing tender documents, evaluating bids from contractors and suppliers, and making recommendations for selection.
? Budget Management: Monitor project budgets throughout the construction process, tracking expenses and providing regular reports to stakeholders.
? Value Engineering: Identify opportunities to optimize project costs without compromising quality and performance.
? Cost Control: Implement cost control procedures to ensure that the project stays within budget and identify any potential cost overruns early.
? Measurement and Valuation: Carry out accurate measurements of work done on-site and value the work for payment purposes, ensuring that work is correctly priced.
? Cost Reporting: Provide regular cost reports to the project team and clients, outlining financial progress and forecasting.
? Team Collaboration: Work closely with architects, designers, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
? Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of all cost-related documents, contracts, and correspondence.
