AIMS General Contracting LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Assistant Quantity Surveyor
to support the commercial team in managing project costs, measurements, and documentation in line with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and cost estimates
Support in the preparation of bills of quantities (BOQ)
Assist in interim payment applications, valuations, and variations
Maintain records of quantities, costs, and project documentation
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors
Assist in cost control, budgeting, and monitoring project expenditures
Support preparation of final accounts and claims
Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
Minimum
1-2 years
experience in construction projects
Basic knowledge of construction materials and cost estimation
Proficient in
MS Excel
and familiar with
AutoCAD
(preferred)
Good understanding of contracts and measurement standards
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
UAE experience is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
