Assist the Purchase Manager in daily procurement tasks
Handle purchase orders, quotations, and supplier follow-ups
Maintain and update procurement records and documentation
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments
Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Good communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred:
Knowledge of local and international suppliers
Basic understanding of procurement processes
