Assistant Prosecutor
Job Description
Carrying out specialized tasks in the field of conducting investigation and accusation procedures in criminal cases, including (interrogation, hearing witnesses, moving and inspecting, delegating experts, summons, arrest and search warrant, pretrial detention order and release, disposal of seizures and final disposal of the criminal case and the accused), including Refer the accused to the competent courts if it is proven that there is sufficient evidence to refer him in application of the laws in force in the State and the Emirate of Dubai, and to plead before the courts.Investigate and dispose of cases of felonies, misdemeanors and violations received from police stations.
Investigate and dispose of requests for rehabilitation.
Deciding on requests to open criminal reports or not.
Deciding on grievances against requests not to open the communication.
Deciding on opinion files.
Issuing arrest and search warrants in the jurisdiction area.
Consider and decide on grievances against the decisions of prosecutors.
Considering the complaints, requests and inquiries of auditors and customers e.
Respond to requests and inquiries of police stations related to cases.
Inspect places of detention in accordance with the approved work procedures and prepare reports thereon.
Qualifications
Application RequirementsThe applicant must be a citizen of the United Arab Emirates To be of good conduct. The applicant must be at least 21 years old and not more than 28. Hold a university degree in (law) from an educational institution whose degree has been approved, with a cumulative GPA of at least (good). Have a valid certificate in English at least (TOEFL 500 Or IELTS 5). To be medically fit in accordance with the decision of the official authority. Must have completed national service (males) Successfully pass job-related tests and interviews. Be aware of the importance of the job and ready to assume its responsibilities. To pass the diploma in legal and judicial sciences designated for members of the Public Prosecution
