Assistant Production Manager

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Production Manager in daily workshop activities and scheduling
Coordinate with upholsterers, technicians, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow
Supervise production timelines and ensure timely delivery of client orders
Maintain quality control across all projects, ensuring standards are met
Monitor raw material inventory and report shortages to procurement
Support in managing client-specific customization requirements
Prepare daily production and progress reports
Assist in resolving any production-related issues or delays
Ensure health & safety compliance within the workshop.
Requirements:
Experience in furniture or upholstery industry is a strong advantage
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi/Malayalam is a plus)
Ability to handle pressure and multitask
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
