: * Responsible to prepare the option level buy plan.

Ensure the buy plan is aligned with department buying and planning head before reviewing with management.
Oversee the entire allocation plan least a month before the start of any season.
Oversee the entire replenishment template.
Prevent stock out situation specially for basics.
Highlight areas with high stocks to take action on in terms of markdown or reducing buying.
Markdown and discount proposals need to be suggested \xe2\x80\xa2 Induction and guidance of new people joining the team.
Monitor capacity vs stock/ health report and week cover days along with respective supply planners
Ensure buying is closed within designated timelines by each buying team. Escalate if necessary.
Shipment tracking as per handover date and drop plan. Escalate wherever necessary.
Prepare size curve analysis for review before each buying.
Track style/category performance. Be the eyes for buying team to take right call.
Work out in season OTB and preponement of shipment wherever necessary.
Weekly meeting with buying team.
End of season analysis and presentation.
