Job Description
lead the AOC International Buffer Outlet team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed . Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service, while maintaining a high level of staff morale . Maximize revenues by communicating regularly with the Food and Beverage teams to implement agreed upon strategies, practices and promotions.
- previous Food and Beverage leadership experience in a luxury environment required .
- Fluency in English and written is ideal .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required; must possess consistent productivity and high level of motivation, energy, enthusiasm, decisiveness, creativity and flair
- Ability to solve problems effectively .
- Business acumen; understanding of hotel financial reporting structure.
