Applications are invited from suitably qualified & experienced candidates to join our team as Assistant Outlet Manager. The key duties & responsibilities of this position include;
  • Oversee the daily operations of the outlet for efficient operations.
  • Develop procedures in consultation with DM & implement them as required
  • Recommend & develop marketing strategies to improve sales & profitability
  • Ensure that all standards for food presentation, quality & quantity are met & monitored in cooperation with the Chefs in charge in order to provide & increase service standards.
  • Recommend & organize approved special events to attract customers within the guidelines of the operating facility.
  • Control wastage & contribute to cost-saving as instructed by the department.
  • Training and development of Outlet employees to function more efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Degree or Diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Management
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position supervising the operations of Restaurants and Catering.
  • Computer skills in using MS Office applications
  • Proficient with local rules and regulations involving health and safety & HACCP
  • Available to join immediately preferably located in UAE
  • Preferably Arabic Speaker
  • Location Abu Dhabi
