Applications are invited from suitably qualified & experienced candidates to join our team as Assistant Outlet Manager. The key duties & responsibilities of this position include;
- Oversee the daily operations of the outlet for efficient operations.
- Develop procedures in consultation with DM & implement them as required
- Recommend & develop marketing strategies to improve sales & profitability
- Ensure that all standards for food presentation, quality & quantity are met & monitored in cooperation with the Chefs in charge in order to provide & increase service standards.
- Recommend & organize approved special events to attract customers within the guidelines of the operating facility.
- Control wastage & contribute to cost-saving as instructed by the department.
- Training and development of Outlet employees to function more efficiently.
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Management
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position supervising the operations of Restaurants and Catering.
- Computer skills in using MS Office applications
- Proficient with local rules and regulations involving health and safety & HACCP
- Available to join immediately preferably located in UAE
- Preferably Arabic Speaker
- Location Abu Dhabi
