Job Description

Key Deliverables: Insure to run processes and equipment within the defined scope of work. Also responsible for maintaining of good housekeeping in the plant. You will be responsibility to used appropriate PPE to all and ensure the proper use of this. Ensure all equipment is properly guarded and safe for operation. You will be responsibility to follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate safety equipment at all times. Well known of company IMS policy Take the immediate risk and prevent accident. Support the injaz program. Mandate and transfer to other departments when needed. You will be responsibility to follow safety, quality system procedure, practices and maintain the housekeeping of workplace as per OAPIL IMS and OAPIL HSE Standard Any related task assigned by direct line report in process operation area. You will be responsibility to the Assistant operator reports directly to the shift supervisor Works in the team environment with other operators a as well people from maintenance, safety and other roles that interface with the operators' roles. Management/Team leader/Direct Line report can assign you any related task as deemed fit in process operation area in order to enhance the operating skills and reserves the right to transfer you other departments when needed to develop multitasking.

Relationships (Internal): Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate safety equipment at all times Responsible for monitoring the fire / safety in co-ordination with HSE dept Meets attendance policy requirements.

Qualifications: Diploma / High School with experience in Manufacturing Company 2 Years in Manufacturing Company

Skills/Knowledge: Knowledge about plant machinery and skills. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills (verbal and written). Knowledge on effective preventive maintenance and scheduling techniques. Good communication skills in Arabic & English. Relationship management skills. Ability to take timely actions and decisions. Excellent knowledge on Production scheduling, planning & Execution. Awareness of the latest technology/ manufacturing systems. Has the desire to learn and develop Experience: Diploma / High School with experience in Manufacturing Company 2-3 Years in Manufacturing Company
