Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete management of the slicing and packaging area
- Ensuring the operation, efficiency and expected performance of the operating area he manages
- Development of processes belonging to the area
- Monitoring and motivating the work of colleagues under his control
Job Requirements:
- Production and delivery of orders in the appropriate quality and quantity
- Adherence to the quality management, hygiene and occupational safety standards applicable to the plant
- Higher education (specialization in the food industry is an advantage)
- Min. 3 years of managerial experience
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs
- High-level coordination skills, quick problem-solving ability
