Job Description

:

  • Management of registrations of students of the relevant cycle and faculty ,
  • Close cooperation with the representative of the French partner university in the direction of providing other information related to students\xe2\x80\x99 transcripts, diplomas,
  • Administrative management of students\xe2\x80\x99 educational process,
  • Preparation of various stages of the academic year , in particular , preparation of necessary materials and statistical data for semi-annual and annual summative committees ,
  • Preparation of various statistical data,
  • Collecting and entering documents for study scholarships and allowances,
  • Organization of regular meetings with students in order to clarify issues related to various stages of the educational process,
  • On the assignment of the university management , the head of the faculty can perform other functions commensurate with his qualifications and functions .

Job Requirements

Education:
  • Higher education ( university education in the field of law or management will be considered as an advantage )
Experience
  • Work experience in the fields of education and administration is desirable.
Skills
  • Excellent knowledge of ENGLISH languages (written and spoken),
  • Knowledge of the English language will be considered an advantage.
  • Computer knowledge,
