Oversee and coordinate all nursing care services provided to home care patients.
Ensure all care provided aligns with physicians' orders, DOH standards, and best clinical practices.
Evaluate clinical performance of nurses and caregivers, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
Ensure proper infection control and safety protocols are followed in all patient interactions.
Leadership & Supervision:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Registered Nurses, Practical Nurses, and caregivers.
Develop staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and continuity of care.
Conduct orientation and ongoing training programs for nursing staff.
Handle patient complaints or incidents professionally, ensuring resolution and follow-up.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
