Assistant Manager - Social Media Marketing
to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in
boosting brand awareness and generating leads
for our luxury holiday home rental schemes and bespoke furnishing services across the UAE.
We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in
content creation, campaign management, analytics, and trend-driven social engagement
, who is passionate about luxury living and aesthetic housing.
Key Responsibilities
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
Analyze current marketing performance to identify areas for improvement.
Leverage trending topics and viral opportunities to grow reach and following.
Ensure all content and visuals align with the company's branding and values.
Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
Monitor and interpret analytics to drive data-backed decision-making.
Stay updated on the latest platform changes, algorithms, and social media best practices.
Use scheduling, listening, and analytics tools to streamline social media management.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of relevant experience
in social media marketing within the
holiday homes, hospitality, or real estate industry
.
Comfortable participating in
video shoots
for social media campaigns (as an on-screen presence).
Ability to work
independently and efficiently
in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Creative, quick thinker, and solution-oriented.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
