Mekar Air Handling Units LLC is seeking a proactive and results-driven
Assistant Marketing Manager
to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth. The role requires a creative individual with strong technical skills to develop impactful content, manage campaigns, and enhance brand visibility. The candidate will also focus on lead generation and nurturing existing customers to achieve key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Brand Development
Create engaging content, including company profiles, presentations, videos, and marketing materials.
Strengthen the brand's identity through consistent visual merchandising and video marketing.
Optimize the company's online presence across platforms, including Google Business profiles and social media.
Lead Generation & Sales Support
Develop and implement strategies to attract new leads and optimize conversion rates.
Track, analyze, and nurture leads using advanced marketing tools and CRM systems.
Run and monitor paid ad campaigns and SEO strategies to drive awareness and engagement.
Customer Retention & Relationship Management
Foster customer loyalty through personalized email campaigns.
Organize events such as factory visits, gala dinners, and community engagements.
Develop ways to gather feedback and reviews.
Marketing Operations & Strategy
Design and execute marketing initiatives aligned with business goals.
Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure seamless coordination.
Key Goals:
Increase brand awareness, trust, and loyalty.
Drive higher conversion rates and customer retention.
Establish a clear and differentiated market presence.
Strong skills in content creation, video production, and presentation design.
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and lead tracking systems.

Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in marketing roles, with proven success in digital and traditional strategies.
