Responsible for providing support to the Marketing Manager in planning and executing effective marketing campaigns
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through strategic campaign management
Contribute to the overall success of the marketing department by ensuring seamless coordination of activities and delivering impactful results. Promote continued marketing communication by providing consistent goals and marketing directions to related marketing departments (PR, digital, media, campaigns and etc.)
Role and Responsibilities
BTL, Events, and Retail Print Materials
Oversee BTL activities, including events, promotions, and experiential marketing, to enhance brand visibility and engagement
Coordinate the production and distribution of retail print materials, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality deliverables
Campaign Planning and Execution
Perform with depth the development of a systematic communication strategy for the new product (or new product line-up) based on the environment analysis of market, competitor and product
Drive the creative concept planning of multi-dimensional campaigns that touch various consumer touch points
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring timely and effective implementation
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to the Marketing Manager and upper management to evaluate effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities
Continuously refine and improve campaign strategies based on insights and market trends
Trade-in Campaign Management
Manage trade-in campaigns to drive customer churn in and reduce churn out.
Develop targeted promotional strategies and incentives to encourage customer loyalty and increase trade-ins
Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results
Report campaign status and results
Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as creative, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing initiatives
Foster strong relationships with external agencies and vendors, effectively managing partnerships to deliver projects within budget and timeline constraints
Market Research and Innovation
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
Stay updated on industry best practices and new marketing techniques, bringing innovative ideas to enhance campaigns and strategies
Strategy Alignment and Reporting
Contribute to the development and alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives
Skills and Qualifications
Requirements
Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in a multinational company, advertising agencies, FMCG or Consumer Electronics
Hands on experience in events planning & execution in UAE and/or GCC
Ability to perform and work as a team player under strict deadlines
Self-starter being able to work under minimum supervision
Excellent quantitative aptitude, commercial acumen, good persuasion skills and assertive nature
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Willing to travel across the GCC
Fluency in both Arabic and English
