Assistant Marketing Manager
Reports To: Marketing Manager / Director of Sales & Marketing
Job Overview:
The Assistant Marketing Manager is a key support role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support revenue goals. This position involves a mix of analytical, creative, and administrative tasks, requiring a proactive individual with a strong understanding of modern marketing techniques.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of the annual marketing plan and budget.
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence across all platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Create engaging content for digital and print channels, including newsletters, blog posts, and promotional materials.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights; prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for marketing projects (e.g., designers, printers, digital advertisers).
• Support the Marketing Manager in organizing promotional events and photo/video shoots.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
• Assist in managing the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for SEO.
• Handle administrative tasks related to the marketing department.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Proficiency in marketing software and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Creative thinker with an analytical mindset.
