is looking for a dynamic Assistant Marketing Manager to support the planning and execution of marketing strategies across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the UAE market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive brand visibility and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across social media, digital, and traditional channels. Support brand management, product launches, and promotional activities. Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors for marketing materials. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights. Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports for management. Manage social media content calendars and online engagement. Work closely with the sales and e-commerce teams to align marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2-4 years of marketing experience in the UAE (retail/e-commerce sector preferred). Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation. Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email marketing). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Salary & Benefits:
