Job description:

A high-class international engineering consultancy office that is located in Dubai is seeking for a qualified & subject matter expert as "Assistant Managing Director" to oversee daily operations & manage teams to ensure the achievement of company strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities (Not Limited):

- Develop operational & strategic plans to enhance efficiency & productivity.

- Manage & operate the office to ensure smooth & efficient work flow.

- Supervise projects (Design & Supervision) and monitor progress until accomplishment & delivery.

- Assign tasks for staff (engineers, administrative & technical team) and oversee the deliverables.

- Communicate with clients & property owners & relevant local authorities.

- Supervise the technical & commercial proposals in tender stage.

- Monitor expenses, budget & ensuring that are met the company approved strategy.

- Ensure compliance with local requirements & licenses.

Qualifications All are mandatory

- BSc in engineering (Architectural or Civil)

- 10-15 years' experience in engineering consultancy company

- Proven track of management in similar role

- Strong leadership & decision maker skills.

- Strong managerial skills & team supervision.

- Knowledge of local laws, regulations & systems.

- Proficiency in MS office & engineering software (CAD, Revit .. etc.)

- Excellent command of English (Written & Spoken)

- Proficient of second language (Arabic or French)

- Well command of formal correspondents & technical reporting

- Organized & well time management.

- Maximum age is 45 years old

Salary Range: 35-50
