The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring and guiding van salesmen across assigned routes, ensuring sales targets are achieved, market coverage is expanded, and customer satisfaction is maintained. The role demands strong leadership, accountability, and a proactive approach in resolving operational issues between production, store, and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Market Development
Supervise van salesmen and ensure daily route execution as per schedule.
Achieve monthly sales targets while reducing returns and scrap percentage.
Expand customer base by developing new outlets, restaurants, and retail points.
Ensure proper placement and visibility of Bake It products in shops.
Coordination
Act as a bridge between salesmen, production, and store teams to ensure product availability.
Escalate operational issues (shortages, delays, customer complaints) to management.
Support in marketing campaigns, sampling, and promotions.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business (preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in FMCG / Bakery sales supervision.
Strong leadership and communication skills (English required, Arabic/Hindi an advantage).
Good knowledge of retail/wholesale market.
Proficiency in MS Excel / reporting; ERP experience is an added advantage.
Valid driving license (preferred).
