We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented
Assistant Sales Manager
to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, team management, and target achievement. This role supports the Sales Manager in driving business growth, mentoring sales staff, and building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Lead, train, and supervise the sales team to achieve performance targets.
Monitor daily sales activities and provide ongoing coaching to team members.
Analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Foster and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Coordinate with marketing and product teams to support promotional initiatives.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated client issues.
Requirements:
MBA, or Graduation in Business related field .
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales leadership or supervisory role.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
