Review laws and regulations related to CLIENT activity, and locate non- compliances. Study causes
Key Responsibilities:
Develop governance documents (Policies, Procedures, Delegation of authority matrixes, etc), in collaboration with the functional teams;
Update the governance documents according to gaps found and business necessities that arise;
Advice business development department reviewing contracts to assess profitability and business risks;
Conduct risk assessment and risk analysis and develop mitigations plans with different departments (Supply chain, Procurement, HR, Finance, etc.);
Academic/Skill Requirements
MBA or MSc in business or Management;
MSc in Supply chain Management is a plus;
Project Management Certification;
Communication skills to be able to interact with all levels and departments within the company;
MS Office expert level.
Experience Requirements
8 Years of Experience overall with 2+ years of experience in drawing governance documents (policies, procedures, DoAs, etc.), and managing governance projects;
Experience with Health governance projects is desirable;
Ability to travel within UAE;
Knowledge of supply chain development and market systems, health private and public sectors, governance;
Knowledge of procurement, business development and payments and receiving processes;
Demonstrated experience applying a variety of participatory and strengths-based learning design and delivery approaches, blended learning and evidence-based learning theory desirable but not required;
Ability to work with host-country governments at different levels;
Substantial experience in managing a team using mixed research methods of similar magnitude;
Risk management: Experience performing risk assessments and risk valuation;
Performance: experience designing and valuing KPIs.
PMO design experience
Certifications
Agile, Certified Professional change Management.
ISO 22301 (Certified Continuity Management)
