We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager-Billing Assurance to join our Finance team in our Headquarters, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Freezone.
Scope: This role is responsible for performing detailed contract-to-bill checks, validating billing workings, and ensuring compliance with contractual clauses to prevent disputes and revenue leakage.
Financial:

• Validate billing workings against contract terms (rates, milestones, indexation, SLA penalties).
• Identify and escalate exceptions and leakage risks.
• Support in implementing robust controls to prevent revenue leakage and ensure billing integrity.
• Assisting the line manager to monitor billing KPIs (e.g., billing accuracy, DSO, dispute rates) and drive improvements.

Customer:

• Prepare evidence-backed billing packs for AR and customers.
• Support for internal and external billing audits.
• Support dispute prevention and resolution with clear documentation.

Process:

• Execute checklists and maintain assurance logs.
• Responsible for "checker" responsibility as part of the BOA process.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
• Develop and maintain billing KPIs and dashboards for performance tracking
• Working on monthly report compilation required to be shared with Business Units

Innovation:

• Prepare evidence-backed billing packs for AR and customers.
• Support dispute prevention and resolution with clear documentation.

Selection Criteria:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
