About The Role
Assistant Manager, Wellness looking after the AWAKEN SPA operations is responsible for ensuring the department is compliant with all Health and Safety policies and procedures as well as passing all internal and external audits related to service delivery standards. Person in this role will comfortably resolve guest complaints and assist junior team members in delivering exceptional standards of service in line with 5* Forbes Guide.
Key to this role is inventory management which includes ordering and managing inventory such as guest supplies, operational items and retail products. Communication with suppliers and internal departments will be the focus to consistently ensure inventory is well handled and financially charged accurately. Submission of reports to Managers will be vital to ensure service providers utilization, tips and commissions are being accurately input and followed up. Paramount is ability to step into operations and cover Manager On Duty shifts when scheduled. Assistant Manager may be required to perform spa shifts from time to time and ensure all spa service standards are met.
About You
We are looking for luxury SPA and Wellness professionals with at least 1 year experience in a supervisory role who can demonstrate:

• Good understanding of Forbes service standards and how to apply them in daily operations
• Experience working with CRM systems - background in reception and customer service would be ideal, as well as ability to manage guest preferences and feedback
• Strong knowledge of SOPs and ability to follow and implement them consistently
• Confidence in leading a team, supporting daily operations, and assisting in training and motivating staff
• Excellent communication and people skills, both with guests and team members
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Flexibility and hands-on approach to work, with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to handle guest feedback professionally and ensure high levels of satisfaction al all time

Preference for candidates who speak Russian, French, Italian, Chinese, or German.
