Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Assistant Operations Manager to support our day-to-day operations in the demolition sector. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating site activities, handling administrative procedures, and representing the company in selected external meetings with clients, partners, or government bodies.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company during scheduled meetings with clients, authorities, or strategic partners
  • Assist in preparing and organizing documentation for permits, approvals, and internal records
  • Liaise with government entities and manage administrative filings as required
  • Manage and coordinate important appointment protocols
  • Maintain and update the company calendar, including internal meetings, site visits, and external appointments
  • Coordinate follow-ups with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Communicate with and maintain relationships with all partner companies
  • Handle all administrative paperwork related to the company
  • Follow up on outstanding payments or technical inquiries in a clear, professional manner
  • Proactively research and identify potential new suppliers or service providers relevant to our operations
  • Support basic marketing efforts by helping promote the company within relevant industry circles (e.g., local contractors, construction forums, social media, professional networks)
