About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager of Talent Acquisition to join our team in preparing for the opening of a luxury hotel. As the Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in building our talented workforce and ensuring that we attract and retain the best candidates to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for the pre-opening phase of the luxury hotel.
- Collaborate with the HR team and department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions for various positions.
- Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates through job boards, social media platforms, industry events, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers for further evaluation.
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruitment activities to attract a diverse pool of talent.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and industry associations to leverage partnerships and expand talent networks.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment and selection process.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to efficiently track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment data.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Assist in the development and delivery of orientation and training programs for new hires.
- Collaborate with the HR team to establish and maintain an employer branding strategy to attract top talent.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously enhance recruitment strategies and processes.
Key Skills Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessment techniques.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Fluency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
