About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for Assistant Sport & Leisure Manager in Jumeirah Al Naseem.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

Main Duties:

Operate S&L to the budget agreed for the financial year. Maximizing profit within the budget guidelines and pre-set P&L figures.

Ensure the Business is operated profitably, developing products and services to ensure revenue opportunities are maximized.

Supervise the beach services team to ensure that all the areas are clean and tidy.

To ensure that operating procedures are carried out according to hotel standards and guest satisfaction.

Conduct interviews with candidates to ensure quality hires.

Walk around the beach area to make sure all guests are satisfied with the service provided.

Prepare colleagues duty plan for beach & pool attendants, ensuring that adequate coverage is maintained during the opening hours.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Business acumen, creative thinking and problem-solving.

Flexibility and multi-tasking skills.

One year in Supervisory role.

Knowledge of Leisure.
