Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury spa or hospitality environment. Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills. In-depth knowledge of spa operations, wellness trends, and retail performance. Excellent English communication; additional languages are an advantage. Warm, poised, and service-oriented personality with a passion for wellbeing. Proficiency in spa booking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
