Job Description

We are seeking a

proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing

to support our company's growth objectives. The ideal candidate will assist in developing marketing strategies, managing sales operations, and driving business development initiatives to increase revenue and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets. Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales goals. Support in preparing marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and digital content. Manage social media presence and coordinate online marketing activities with the team. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support decision-making. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (

MBA preferred

). Minimum

5 years of experience

in Sales & Marketing in a leading role. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in

MS Office

and

CRM software

. Good understanding of modern sales techniques and market trends. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
