Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed the assigned sales target (minimum 4x salary).
Focus on new business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation in Air & Sea Freight.
Identify, qualify, and secure high-potential clients across multiple industry sectors.
Deliver tailored freight solutions and pricing proposals that align with client needs.
Manage key client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery in coordination with operations.
Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and business reviews to build long-term partnerships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams including pricing, operations, and finance to ensure timely execution of shipments.
Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
