Assistant Manager Sales

Job Description

We are looking for sales driven multitaskers who can drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and foster client relationships through proactive lead generation, work on relationship building and execute sales strategies. Key responsibilities include identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.

Skills and Qualifications:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build relationships and present product information effectively. Proven sales experience: Total years of 5 years in Sales in UAE market. Selling to retail or renowned grocery accounts will be an added advantage. Excellent organizational and time management skills: Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation: Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Sales:



Achieve sales quotas and targets: Meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory. Generate new business: Cultivate new accounts and expand existing ones. Close deals: Secure orders from retailers by presenting product benefits and negotiating terms.

Market Knowledge and Analysis:



Understand the grocery market and competitor landscape: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Analyse sales data: Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in sales strategies.

Product Knowledge:



Demonstrate expertise in the company's products and services: Explain product features, benefits, and applications to customers.

Sales Operations:



Manage customer accounts and track sales leads: Organize and maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities. Prepare sales reports and forecasts: Provide accurate and timely reports on sales performance and future projections. Collaborate with other departments: Work with marketing, distribution, and other teams to optimize sales efforts.
