Summary:
Reporting directly to the Regulatory Director, this role supports global regulatory compliance across all Huda Beauty brands. The ideal candidate is a team player with an autonomous, detail-oriented, results-driven working style, and the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Please note that this role is a 10-month fixed-term contract.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
:
Support data collection and management of Regulatory led projects
Work closely with Regulatory team (global & regional) to ensure regulatory tasks and responsibilities are executed for all Huda Beauty brands
Take the lead on regulatory requirements for new product development, including (but not limited to):
Global formula & packaging screening for regulatory compliance
Ingredient lists, regulatory labelling requirements, and artwork reviews
Organize testing and validation of product claims for marketing copy
Liaising with product development and other global teams to ensure all regulatory elements are captured during development and execution
Support Customer Services with all product inquiries & adverse events
Ensure timely execution of regulatory tasks and requirements related to certifications across all Huda Beauty brands
Build and maintain Product Information Files (PIF) for all products, ensuring continuous updates and accuracy
Help continue to drive process improvement within the Regulatory & Compliance department
Assist with drafting and obtaining signatures on letters where needed
Manage confidential information with high discretion and demonstrate the highest levels of service and response time
Stay abreast of global cosmetic regulatory updates
Requirements
Keen interest in the makeup and cosmetics industry
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Cosmetic Regulatory Affairs role
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe; familiarity with social media/web platforms is a plus
Excellent attention to detail with an analytical mindset
Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Forward thinker with a Kaizen (continuous improvement) mentality, who actively seeks opportunities to improve and proposes solutions
Emotional maturity and intelligence
Highly resourceful team player with the ability to be extremely effective independently
Consistently display an approachable nature and flexible working style with flawless written & verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders at all levels of the organization when required
Flexible working style, occasional early morning or late evening calls may be required to accommodate global business needs.
