Objective:
The position is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of assigned projects within defined timelines and quality standards. This includes managing all aspects of design coordination, vendor engagement, government approvals, construction execution, and final handover.
Key Responsibility:
Project Excellence

• Ensure timely completion of assigned projects across various formats and geographies.
• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Review project scope and drawings to estimate timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with building regulations and safety norms.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure alignment with project plans.
• Track usage and inventory of construction tools, materials, and equipment.
• Enforce project performance and quality in accordance with contractual obligations.
• Monitor daily progress and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Proactively resolve emerging site issues or delays.

Contract & Cost Control

• Assist in drafting project agreements, evaluating vendor quotes, and preparing BOQs.
• Prepare and analyze costings and tenders for construction and maintenance works.
• Undertake value engineering to optimize costs while maintaining quality.
• Monitor cost control measures and provide timely alerts on overruns.

Regulatory Compliance & Approvals

• Coordinate for timely submission and acquisition of government approvals and permits.
• Ensure all construction activities are carried out in compliance with local regulations and standards.

Design & Presentation

• Assist in preparing detailed project presentations and 3D design visualizations.
• Provide inputs to ensure brand-specific layouts are aligned with the group's design standards.

Desired Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• 5-7 years of overall experience in project execution, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Strong background in managing multi-site retail, F&B, or commercial fit-out projects.
• Proven expertise in vendor coordination, budgeting, regulatory approvals, and on-site execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and other relevant project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
