Assistant Manager - Production
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and directing manufacturing and fabrication processes.
• Supervise production team leaders and operators (e.g., welders, fabricators, digital printers, installers).
• Monitor production schedules and workflows to meet project deadlines.
• Implement and enforce strict quality control checks throughout the production process.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on the production floor.
• Coordinate with the Purchase and Project Management departments to ensure material availability.
• Train and mentor production staff on new techniques and equipment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or Business Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a production supervisory role within the signage, fabrication, or a related manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of signage materials (acrylics, metals, LEDs, vinyl) and fabrication techniques (welding, CNC routing, printing).
