Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with overseas brand planners to align merchandising strategies and respond proactively to changing business needs.
Coordinate with Store Operations teams to refine store clustering strategies and drive location-specific performance.
Partner with Marketing and Omni-channel teams to support campaign pricing, promotional planning, event-based forecasting, and digital merchandising initiatives.
Monitor in-season sales performance and manage OTB to ensure optimal inventory levels and healthy sell-through.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly business performance reports, highlighting key insights and action points.
Support merchandise allocation and replenishment to maximize sales and minimize stock risk.
Conduct regular store visits and competitor benchmarking alongside the Brand Manager, providing actionable feedback to enhance assortment and execution.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
5-7 years of progressive experience in merchandising, preferably within fashion or footwear retail.
Strong experience in financial planning, in-season sales forecasting, and OTB management.
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including international stakeholders.
Strong analytical and commercial acumen with hands-on experience in merchandise allocation and category performance analysis.
Proficiency in Excel and retail merchandising systems.
