Role Overview: We are hiring a motivated Assistant Manager - Medical Insurance to oversee and grow our medical insurance portfolio, including individual, SME, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the medical insurance portfolio for individuals, SMEs, and corporates.Develop strategies to enhance offerings and increase market share. Lead new business acquisition and renewal retention to meet sales targets. Ensure high customer satisfaction and responsive service. Mentor and guide a team of medical insurance advisors. Ensure compliance with UAE insurance regulations. Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
Expertise Required:

Medical insurance advisory, policy structuring, and customer engagement. Tailored solutions for SMEs and corporates. Claims management and resolution of complex cases. Strong customer service and high client satisfaction (NPS).
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in medical insurance. Strong knowledge of UAE medical insurance products and regulations. Proven success in sales, client management, and retention. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Professional insurance certifications (preferred). Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
