Our Sales and Business Development teams play a vital role in this journey -- driving merchant acquisition, forging strategic alliances, and promoting innovative, locally compliant payment solutions that help businesses grow and thrive.

Job Summary:


We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support business development activities in the KSA region. The ideal candidate will assist in managing sales pipelines, coordinating merchant onboarding, and contributing to revenue growth. Candidates with existing merchant pipelines and Arabic language skills will have a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the regional business development team in identifying and pursuing new merchant opportunities. Assist in managing the sales pipeline, including lead tracking, follow-ups, and reporting. Coordinate merchant onboarding, ensuring smooth activation and compliance with company processes. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing merchants to ensure high satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, and support) to resolve merchant queries and issues. Provide regular updates to the Regional Sales Manager on pipeline status, progress, and challenges. Contribute to sales strategy development by providing market insights and feedback from the field.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage. Understanding of sales processes, B2B client management, and merchant acquisition especially payment gateway background. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain accurate records, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

Postgraduate/ Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition. Proven track record in managing pipelines and achieving sales targets. * Preference for candidates with an existing merchant pipeline in the KSA region.
