Job Description

Position Summary Key Objective:

We’re looking for an agile, results-driven, detail-oriented marketer to support the direction and execution of our strategic efforts to set up the marketing strategy and increase our premium product sales.
  • Contribute to the strategic business decision making by deriving insight from the market and consumer data on the main issues of the brand, product and channel.
  • Contribute to mid-term and long-term business opportunity identification by understanding the consumer needs and trend from market and consumer data gathering.
Role and Responsibilities Candidate needs to be analytically driven with a finger on the pulse of what’s happening in marketing, with an insatiable hunger for learning. The right candidate will possess the experience and key skills needed to succeed in product management, brand marketing and data analytics (to oversee subsidiaries performance/KPI). Key deliverables of the role includes:
  • Develop marketing strategy with the team and run performance analysis.
  • Measure and report on the performance/KPI of marketing & sales of subsidiaries.
  • Oversee and coordinate overall marketing & promotion and planning, reporting, and execution.
  • Analyze performance and provide enhancement recommendations.
  • Measure performance and report insights around performance marketing activities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business, priorities, to advice on suitable measurement strategies.
  • Full funnel (Awareness, Engagement, Conversion) marketing KPI management based on online user behavior analysis +
  • Perform ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different marketing campaigns
  • Develop metrics & KPI frameworks, dashboards and measurement scorecards for user behavior & conversion data across all paid/organic channel
  • Collaborate with team members as well as business divisions to identify trends quickly and work with them on monitoring recommended actions
  • Partner with planning, strategy and account services teams to provide business insights through online secondary research and analyzing consumer behavior data for developing case studies for awards & internal circulation.
  • Become go-to-expert for any data requests & researches related to growth of digital & social media channels, best practices & examples.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential skills and experience: The role requires excellent business acumen and good stakeholder management as well as technical skills and experience in marketing data analysis, defining trends and generating insights.
  • Experience in working within a marketing/business intelligence environment
  • Solid understanding of online conversion optimization and UX principles
  • High level of experience working with analytical software’s (e.g. Google Analytics, Site Catalyst, Coremetrics, etc.)
  • Proactive and solution-oriented with excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills - comfortable interpreting multiple data sources, deriving actionable media insights (ROI) and using them to inform future campaigns
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of data reporting and digital advertising best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, and manage change effectively
  • An exceptional communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and be able to interface with MENA Subsidiaries and HQ.
Qualifications (Experience, Education, Licensure & language skills)
  • Bachelor/Master degree in marketing with 3+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing Campaign Analysis and Product Management
  • High proficiency and advanced experience in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc)
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
