About the role

As the Assistant Manager, Marketing, you will either be working as part of the Brand team, or the F&B team.

Within the F&B team, you will assist the Manager, Marketing - F&B, manage all marketing activity relating to Food & Beverage and other resort projects on a need basis. You will work with the Food & Beverage operations team closely to provide marketing support whilst still maintaining brand positioning, and assist in developing highly effective marketing strategies to market Atlantis Dubai restaurants and other activity in line with guidance from the Marketing Manager and Director, and help implement plans to assist the marketing team in meeting revenue targets using all channels. You will also support the social media team and optimise outlets\' pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company\'s social content, and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders (CRM, Digital, social media etc.\xe2\x80\xa6) to set, define and execute promotion activities across the hotel.

You will also ensure brand standards and identity, develop dining promotions and third-party initiatives, manage hotel collateral creation adhering to brand standard, and manage internal photoshoots for restaurants and food.

Within the Brand team, you will be responsible for driving the Atlantis Dubai brand, both Atlantis the Palm & Atlantis the Royal, and direct business including branding, campaigns, activations, channels, products, and collateral to achieve key budget objectives for the direct business. You will also be responsible for the execution of all sales-related marketing (via the Sales Team) as it relates to key brands within the resort. You will work with each business unit to ensure brand consistency in communications both on and offline, and meet their communication needs, whilst also helping in the building of strategic marketing plans to drive each business unit to maximise growth and help the sales team drive their respective market and partners programs with tactical message to drive relevant offers without compromising brand integrity.

You will have strong awareness of business performance to drive budget targets and roll out the brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all key departments to ensure consistent visual language and become the brand guardian, and audit and maintain visual library for each business units. Another key part of this role will be to assist in managing internal photoshoots.

About you

Within the F&B team - The successful candidate must be passionate about Food & Beverage marketing and have a minimum of 2 years\' experience in this field, have strong project management and organisational skills, and have excellent writing and presentation skills. You must be familiar with the Food & Beverage industry in Dubai and the UAE and understand the current trends. You will have experience within a fast-paced working environment and be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and be a creative self-starter and group leader who takes initiative, and not discouraged by challenges, setbacks, and change.

You will also have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, have good stakeholder management, and have strong project management and organisation skills to enable completion of multiple projects at once. Strong technical skills are essential, using Microsoft Office and Excel, and a degree in marketing is preferred, though not essential.

Within the Brand team - The successful candidate must be passionate about marketing and the hospitality industry and have a minimum of 2 years\' previous experience in a marketing team, or within an agency. You will ideally have a bachelor\'s degree in marketing or business and have experience within a fast-paced working environment and be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and be a creative self-starter and group leader who takes initiative, whilst not being discouraged by challenges, setbacks, and change.

You will also have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, have good stakeholder management, and have strong project management and organisation skills to enable completion of multiple projects at once. Strong technical skills are essential, and experience using Microsoft Office and Excel.
