Key Responsibilities
1. Trade Marketing
Planning & seamless execution of promotions across all GCC territories as per the trade calendar
Co-ordinate with territory teams & vendors
Analyse the promotions impact on business
Track & Achieve Footfall and Invoice targets for GCC territory as per Budget
Ensure that all communication material for the territories is as per concept guideines & monitor the execution at a granular level
Ensure consistency in the brand image as per the guidelines of the Concept.
Proactive in recommending additional interventions to territories as per business needs
Create opprotunities for Cross Promotion & take ownership in executing as per business needs (i.e. Banks, Airline, employee engagement prog) and co-branding
Manage the territory marketing team requests & support from concept office.
Ensure compliance to Company policies
2. Budgeting and Planning
Managing & Cooridnating with territory marketing teams for budget planning & timely update on Budgets & Media plans.
Preparing and maintaining reports & post camapign analysis
Own the entire Financial Management process of the concept from raising PR/PO to ensuring timely submission of vendor invoices and vendor payments as per agreed timelines.
Keeping a track of concept and territory budgets and sharing monthly tracker on spends
3. Loyalty program Management for the Brand
Manage the Shukran program for the brand on a day-to-day basis
Plan the interventions to achieve the agreed KPIs
Recommend strategies to territory teams and plan for seamless execution
Execute campaigns for all territories
5.
Miscellaneous \xe2\x80\x93 for territories
Oversee other outside agencies for order placements and printing needs, shopping bags, stickers, flyers, and other sales material
Keep abreast of best practices in marketing, global retail brands, competitive / strategic marketing initiatives and trend
Support in Market Research for the brand
