About the role

As the Assistant Manager, Marketing - Brands, you will be responsible for driving the Atlantis Dubai brand, both Atlantis the Palm & Atlantis the Royal, and direct business including branding, campaigns, activations, channels, products, and collateral to achieve key budget objectives for the direct business. You will also be responsible for the execution of all sales-related marketing (via the Sales Team) as it relates to key brands within the resort. You will work with each business unit to ensure brand consistency in communications both on and offline, and meet their communication needs, whilst also helping in the building of strategic marketing plans to drive each business unit to maximise growth and help the sales team drive their respective market and partners programs with tactical message to drive relevant offers without compromising brand integrity.

You will have strong awareness of business performance to drive budget targets and roll out the brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all key departments to ensure consistent visual language and become the brand guardian, and audit and maintain visual library for each business units. Another key part of this role will be to assist in managing internal photoshoots.

About you

The successful candidate must be passionate about marketing and the hospitality industry and have a minimum of 2 years\' previous experience in a marketing team, or within an agency. You will ideally have a bachelor\'s degree in marketing or business and have experience within a fast-paced working environment and be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and be a creative self-starter and group leader who takes initiative, whilst not being discouraged by challenges, setbacks, and change.

You will also have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, have good stakeholder management, and have strong project management and organisation skills to enable completion of multiple projects at once. Strong technical skills are essential, and experience using Microsoft Office and Excel.
